Hi, my name is Venka, a certified Life coach specializing in ADHD, Family and Executive Functions. A few years ago, one of my daughters was diagnosed with ADHD and I did not know what that really meant. I started reading about ADHD and quickly realized there is so much information out there. I did not know where to start and I felt I had nobody to talk to about the challenges my daughter and our family were going through. I was overwhelmed. I wanted to learn more about ADHD, so I went back to school and started my journey with ADD Coach Academy. Where I received my certification. My adventure with ADDCA has changed me as a person and my knowledge and understanding of what it means to have a uniquely wired ADHD brain. The most important thing I learned is there is nothing to fix. Work with your brain not against it.
