Rachel Ambrose

Rachel Ambrose (she/they) is a queer, non binary ball of sentient stardust who has ADHD and autism. They are a certified ADHD and life coach (AACC). She was diagnosed with ADHD in 2016 and self-diagnosed with autism in 2021, so they coach from a place of peer support and shared lived experience. She is also polyamorous and geeky, so she is able to witness her clients in all their beautiful and complex glory. She offers one on one coaching sessions in addition to weekly queer ADHD support groups, and in 2023 is excited to begin Back Porch Retreats, a weekend retreat for queer ADHD adults to forge connection, community, and learn life skills together.
