MEET JENN LITVAK, MS AACC Jenn is an ADHD trained Life Coach focused on working with individuals and groups from teens to adults. She has a tremendous amount of experience working with college students and young adults helping them to develop their time management, life balance, leadership, and organization skills. She loves working with clients to reach their full potential. As a Life Coach she helps individuals with building self-confidence and recognizing their strengths to help overcome obstacles. She is in the process of working towards her PAAC and ICF certification. Jennifer is also enrolled ADDCA in a family coaching program . As a parent of a 2E teen/ young adult (ADHD and gifted) she understands the needs and challenges that come with transitioning kids to adulthood. As a parent you are constantly towing the line between parenting and allowing them to develop the skills to soar on their own. It can be frustrating and rewarding at the same time. Jenn will work with both teens/young adults and parents to help them through this process. As an adult who has been managing her ADHD successfully since she was diagnosed at the age of 18, she has so much to offer adult clients as well. Jenn’s coaching style is engaging, fun and interactive! As in the title of her business she always takes a positive approach with her clients and truly meets them where they are at in order to achieve progress and success. Professionalism and Experience Jenn is an ADHD trained Life Coach who studied with (AADCA) ADD Coaching Academy, Albany, NY. She holds a Master's degree from Central Connecticut State University in Educational Leadership with a focus in College Student Development. She has over 25 years of experience working with college students and young adults. Her coaching follows the core competencies and ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). She holds and AACC certification from AADCA.
