Jim Dunn

As an experienced ADHD and Executive Coach, with numerous years of experience in the field, I have developed a unique, solution-focused approach to help individuals thrive personally and professionally. My mission is to enable my clients to achieve their full potential by living their values and strengths. I am grounded in evidence-based research and a combination of coaching skills derived from cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused coaching. I have helped many ADHD individuals and corporate executives improve their decision-making, problem-solving, planning, prioritizing, productivity, focus, time-management, and emotional intelligence skills, allowing them to achieve new levels of success. My passion for helping others began when my son, Patrick, was diagnosed with nonverbal learning disorder (NVLD). At the time, there were few services available. So, I coached him to overcome challenges in social skills, organizing, planning, prioritizing, emotional regulation, impulsivity, etc. Since then, Patrick has written a fantasy-fiction novel, recorded four solo piano albums, and attends Harvard University for his master's degree. I spent over thirty years in corporate America, in industries such as healthcare, biotechnology and information technology. All of these roles entailed significant coaching, consulting and training.
